Learning Support is a valuable resource for all students. By accessing and actively participating in learning support, the program focuses on assisting students who require additional support beyond the classroom setting and/or who may have fallen behind in their work. Individual, small group or oral testing, organization of notebooks, assistance with labs, group work and other activities, as well as, in-class support are just several of the more common methods/strategies utilized to ensure success for our students. In addition, the program aims at developing particular and specific skill sets (i.e., study skills) where needed, as well as, being able to provided valuable information which relates to specific learning disabilities.
